See the project we will be painting together and go over all of the materials that will be used.
Lesson 3: Sketch with Brush
Sketch the image onto the paper with paint.
Lesson 4: Underpainting
Get a base coat on the painting using just one color and focusing on value.
Lesson 5: Sky Color Blocking
Block in the colors on the sky.
Lesson 6: Sky Detail
Add additional details to the sky.
Lesson 7: Mountains
Paint the mountains.
Lesson 8: Ground Color Blocking
Block in the color on the ground.
Lesson 9: Ground Detail Part 1
Add more detail to the ground.
Lesson 10: Ground Detail Part 2
Add final touches of detail to the ground.
Lesson 11: Painting the Tree
Paint the focal point of the image - the tree.
