Click the Dropbox link below to access the printable PDF download for this course. Download and print so that you can draw or color along. You may want to print multiple copies so that you can sketch different layers of muscles separately. This course is designed to allow you to "choose your own adventure." If you are comfortable drawing, we encourage you to use the blank hand and arm pages at the beginning of the packet and draw along with the lessons. If you prefer not to draw, we have also included coloring page that correspond with each lesson so that you can color the muscles and bones along with us. Try both ways and see what works best for you!
